Refunds & cancellation
Hisaab copies straight into your own Google Drive the moment you buy — it's yours to keep from that second. So we don't run a blanket refund policy, and we'd rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.
Genuine cases, always welcome
If something's actually wrong — you were charged twice, it never reached you, or it's genuinely not what we promised — email us within 14 days and we'll make it right. A real person reads every one.
How to reach us
Write to support@craftycrow.co from the email address you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase.
When a refund does happen
If we agree a refund, it goes back the same way you paid, through Dodo Payments — usually within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation
Hisaab is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.
