Privacy
Short version: your money never leaves your own Google Drive. The only personal thing we ever hold is an email address — and only if you choose to give us one.
What we collect
- Your email — only when you type it into a form, either to buy Hisaab or to ask for updates, tips, or the app waitlist.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Basic usage analytics — we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and roughly where they arrive from, so we know what's working. It isn't tied to your name, and we never sell it.
- Nothing from your sheet. Hisaab is a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. We have no access to it, to your bank, or to a single transaction inside it.
What we don't collect
No advertising cookies, and we never sell your data to anyone.
Two Google tools do their job on our pages — Google Analytics (usage) and Google Fonts (our typeface) — so Google may see your IP address as part of that. That's the extent of what leaves this page.
How we use your email
Only to send you what you asked for — your sheet after purchase, plus any updates, tips, or app-launch news you ticked. Nothing else, and never on someone else's behalf.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your email to anyone. We share payment information only with Dodo Payments, and only to process your purchase.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also ask us to delete your details entirely — just write to support@craftycrow.co and we'll remove them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
